Hair Loss in women is rising and at an epidemic rate. Although hair loss is a complex problem, there are solutions.  If you are struggling with thinning hair, hair loss, alopecia and trichotillomania ~ you are not alone. 

Women lose hair for a variety of reasons. One of the main reasons is  stress. At any given time, approximately fifteen percent of hair is in a state of paused growth while it waits for new hair to sprout. Stress and disease can interrupt the growth process, stagnating hair growth. Other major factors include hormonal imbalances, nutritive deficiencies, and medication side effects. Alternative approaches such as scalp massages and acupuncture may be helpful too. These work to stimulate blood flow. Along the same lines, applying a blend of cinnamon leaf oil and honey to the hair can be very helpful. Doing this often for twenty minutes at a time helps stimulate blood flow in the scalp.

Instead of living with hair loss, be proactive and address your hair's appearance.  A hair loss system that is tied or clipped into your hair is a hair loss solution that is tension free and will not damage your hair.  Wigs are uncomfortable, unnatural and block regrowth.  If there is no hair to attach a hair system, a wig is the only option especially for hair loss due to chemotherapy, but not the perfect solution for thinning hair, alopecia, and trichotillomania (a hair pulling disorder).


Finally, the most important approach is to just relax. Stress affects the entire body and will only make matters worse. Be patient. Understand that hair takes time to grow. Meditation can help the body and the mind during this process. Women who try these solutions in combination with a hair loss system find their stress level is decreased and even hair growth.

  2. My daughter 14 years old she lose lots lots hairs i am a mother cant look at this ..there is no doctors in my country Azerbaijan can tell a reason or cure ..she drunk all nesessary vitamins for hairs but got no result.anybody can advice me pls
